Here are some of the most common questions guests ask before booking.

    Yes – there are two off-street parking spaces available: one at the front of the house and one at the rear. If you're arriving with additional cars, our digital guestbook (available upon booking) includes clear directions to nearby free on-street parking options.

  • Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.
    We offer self-check-in via a secure key safe – full instructions will be sent before your stay.

  • Describe a feature you’d like to share about this company or highlight a particular service it offers.

    Yes. All beds are made up with hotel-quality linens, and we provide one large bath towel and hand towel per guest, along with hand towels and bath matts in the bathrooms.

  • Our fully equipped kitchen includes:

    • Two Ovens

    • Induction Hob

    • Large American Fridge-freezer

    • Dishwasher

    • Microwave, toaster, and kettle

    • Full set of pans, cookware, utensils, glassware, and crockery for group dining
       

    We also provide:

    • A tea towel

    • Washing-up liquid and sponge

    • Two dishwasher tablets

    • One spare bin bag

    • A selection of tea bags, coffee sachets, and sugar for your first morning
       

    Please note: milk is not provided, and for longer stays you’ll need to bring your own supplies.

  • Yes – we provide fast and reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house, ideal for remote working, streaming, or keeping the family connected.

  • Yes. Each bathroom is stocked with one toilet roll, and both showers include shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers. There’s also a hairdryer in every bedroom.
    For longer stays, please bring any extra toiletries or supplies you may need.

    At present, we do not allow pets. The house was fully renovated in January 2025 and we're maintaining it to a high standard for all guests. This policy may be reviewed in future.

  • Yes – there’s a small, enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property. It’s a great spot for a morning coffee or storing bikes and walking boots after a day in the Peaks.

  • Yes – a washing machine and tumble dryer are located in a separate laundry room on the first floor.
    Please bring your own detergent, as this is not supplied.
